آی سی گیت درایور
آیسی گیت درایور (Gate Driver IC) تراشهای است که سیگنال کنترلی مناسب را برای راهاندازی ماسفت (MOSFET) و IGBT فراهم میکند. این آیسیها برای بهبود سوئیچینگ، کاهش تلفات و افزایش راندمان در مدارهای قدرت طراحی شدهاند. ویژگیهای کلیدی: تقویت سیگنال کنترل برای درایو ماسفت و IGBT افزایش سرعت سوئیچینگ و کاهش تلفات توان ایزولاسیون الکتریکی بین بخش کنترلی و قدرت در برخی مدلها قابلیت درایو نیمپل و فولپل کاربردها: منابع تغذیه سوئیچینگ (SMPS) و اینورترها مبدلهای DC-DC و سیستمهای درایو موتور کاربردهای قدرت بالا در خودروهای برقی و UPS نمونهها: IR2110 (درایور نیمپل برای ماسفت و IGBT از Infineon) TC4420 (درایور MOSFET توان بالا از Microchip) UCC27511 (درایور تککاناله سریع از Texas Instruments) این آیسیها در مدارات قدرت برای کنترل بهینه سوئیچینگ و افزایش راندمان سیستم استفاده میشوند.
